Student Support Officer

Student Support Officer - SSO

In 2021 our school was allocated an SSO to assist with student services within our school. The SSO provides support to individual students, groups and whole cohorts. The SSO has run lunchtime workshops to assist with Year 7 Transition and has triaged crisis situations. 

The SSO is part of the Wellbeing Team, and along with the School Counsellor, uses a tiered structure for management of student cases.

Students can self refer to see the SSO Shahn and he is located upstairs in A block.
