NSW Health has advised Picnic Point High School that the scheduled immunisation clinic for Year 7 students receiving the second dose of the dTpa/HPV vaccine at Picnic Point High School on Wednesday 17 November has been cancelled. Due to COVID 19 infections, lockdown and the provision of COVID vaccine to High school students through vaccination Hubs, GPs and Chemists, all outstanding 2021 Year 7 and Year 10 vaccinations will be provided in the first 6 months of 2022 through scheduled school visits.
NSW Health will provide SMS advice to parents/carers in the last week of Term 4 about accessing GPs for Year 7 and Year 10 vaccine provision if that is their preference.
